Founding designer for an early-stage AI health platform. Designed the brand, the conversational AI agent experience, and the pitch decks that secured pre-seed funding, all from zero.
Rally Central
Designed the enterprise tooling system for Rally's administrative users, built on shared workflows and a living style guide. Lifted Customer Relations productivity 20% and development efficiency 15-20%.
Beginly Health
First product designer at a seed-stage platform for clinicians. Overhauled the UX through on-site user testing, improving engagement, profile completions, and job match acceptance.

Led design for Rally Engage, the challenges, programs, and rewards experience for Rally's 35M users. Drove a 23% increase in user engagement.

Optum RX Mobile App
Designed the Optum Rx mobile app for prescriptions, refills, and home delivery. Increased home delivery order completion 16.6% and moved 6% of logins to biometric sign-in.
Optum Career Ladder
Designed a personalized Career Ladder worksheet for Optum, with self-review topics, skills, and a goal tracker for individual growth.

The work I’m proudest of starts with a blank page: an AI agent platform at Sunny Health AI, a design system at Medzown, and 16 audio plugins I designed, voiced, and shipped on my own.
